We’ll be straight with you – this application form is going to take you some time. It’s not like buying a new outfit online – you are entrusting your child into our care, and we need a lot of information from you to ensure that your child is always safe and happy during their holiday camp experience without you. So… turn on the kettle, get comfortable and just take it one page at a time.

You will need the following information on hand to complete this form:

• Emergency contact numbers
• Copy of child’s ID / Passport / Abridged Birth Certificate (PDF – max. file size 500kb)

IMPORTANT: After pressing “submit ” button you’ll be redirected  to our Payfast Payment Gateway.  A non-refundable deposit needs to be processed in order to submit your application successfully . Wait until you reach the “Application Submitted” confirmation page to confirm that your application has been submitted successfully before you exit. You should also receive a confirmation email within 1 hour of submitting your application.
